Cancellation Policy

At Grafotics, we work closely with each client to ensure clarity before the start of any project. Due to the nature of software development and consulting services, cancellations are handled with care and transparency.

1. Service Cancellation:
Clients may request cancellation of a service before project execution or development begins. If work has not yet started, we will process the cancellation and refund (if applicable) as per our refund policy.

2. Ongoing Projects:
If a project is in progress, cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any resources or efforts already utilized will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Non-Cancellable Services:
Services that are already delivered, partially completed, or custom-developed are non-cancellable.

4. How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, email us at info@grafotics.com with your order/invoice number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
